Or if you wish to stay a little closer to home, the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Key West and the Dry Tortugas.

 

The Abacos offer a little of everything, isolated anchorages, some of the World's best beaches and lovely settlements where you can get a true feeling for the Bahamas and its people, all the while experiencing local food and drink at its best.  The Berry's offer true isolation, with lovely anchorages and beaches, with civilization at both ends on Marina Cay and Chub Cay.
